This place has a great location near the mall and restaurants, and the continental breakfast offers a variety of choices.

Reasonably large and nice looking room and very comfy beds. Clean bathroom, exceptionally nice employees with exceptional customer service. Free parking on site provided. The pool area was good too. Location so close to mall and restaurants, Wisconsin and Green Bay.

Arrived after a long day of shopping, put on bathing suit and went to the hot tub only to find that the hot tub was out of order. No previous warning or signs on the hot tub. Bathroom sink was plugged. And there was a broken light fixture in the room. Finally the breakfast was cold and almost tasteless. And in the dining area FOXNews blaring on all televisions.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that suited my needs perfectly, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The staff was pleasant during my stay. the hotel was fairly clean. - the property's location was particularly good.

The room was spotless, it was reasonably priced, and the bar area was great!

The pool was really small.

It was clean and newly remodeled. Good coffee in the am too.

Breakfast should have gone until 10 am or later.

Great location, super convenient being close to a valley and a river 🌳. the free breakfast had something for everyone, which was awesome!

Staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodate my request to switch rooms when one with an extra bed became available. The breakfast was superior as well, and everything was clean and well organized.

Temperature control was not comfortable, because the thermostat was wall mounted away from any light, and impossible to see and operate properly and out of sync with the window unit it controls. It also reset itself to a higher temperature after some time, adding to the difficulty of sleeping. The beds had only foam rubber pillows, which are miserable to sleep on, so bring your own pillow if sleep is important. In room coffee and tea were limited to 1 cup each, so two people couldn't each have tea or coffee.

The comfort of the room & the Bath & Body Works toiletries were wonderful. The pool & hot tub were a nice getaway. The pool isn't huge or deep, but we were the only ones in there, so it wasn't an issue. The location is at the mall & about a 10 min. drive to downtown in heavy traffic.

This place is clean and perfect with attractive views, offers a great selection of breakfast options, has quick check-in, late check-out, and a heated pool area.

We needed to get ready for a wedding before check in time and the staff was very helpful. It started to rain and housekeeping even tried to get the weather channel on the tv for us to track the storm as it was an outdoor ceremony. The same housekeeper asked us the next morning how the wedding was. Very personable :)

The pool is too small :(

Everything was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; Rooms were well kept and really enjoyed the breakfast and overall bar area. Would recommend to anyone to stay there. Will definitely stay at GrandStay if in the area again. Easy to use the wireless connection, too, and that made it easier to use my laptop.
